THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The controller of your personal data is, as applicable, the company Nacea Consulting S.R.L., owner of IBLA (hereby reffered to as “the Company” or „IBLA”) a limited liability company organized and functioning in accordance with the legislation applicable in Romania, being registered and authorized under no. J23/4648/2017.

Other information processed in a contractual relationship with IBLA or voluntarily provided by you, such as instructions given, payments made etc.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Any data processing activity of your personal data shall be performed under one of the following legal bases:

PURPOSES FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Management of the contractual relationship with our clients;
Managing the security and the use of the IT systems used by IBLA (e.g., website, data management platforms, communication systems), including preventing and detecting security threats, fraud or other unauthorized or malicious activities;
Analysing and improving our services and communications to you, including to carry out client surveys regarding the client satisfaction level on IBLA services;
Also, based on your consent, we may send you various communications through the channels you have approved, to keep you up to date on the latest developments, announcements and other information about the IBLA services, products, events and projects or other promotional events.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may share your personal data with other consultants (with whom we cooperate in the provision of services) and specialists (including technologists) or experts involved in the services we provide.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
IBLA implemented technical and organizational measures to organize the process and specific criteria for the retention of your personal data .
We will cease any processing of your personal data when it is no longer reasonably required for the Permitted Purposes or when you withdraw your consent (if applicable) and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for IBLA to continue processing of your personal data.
YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Subject to certain legal conditions, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
The right to request a copy of your personal data which we hold;
The right to the rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
